This interim privacy note explains what a reserve request collects and how it is used. It is written in plain language.
What a reserve request collects
When you send a reserve request we collect your name, email, phone, your timeline, an optional note, and the package you chose. That is all.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to confirm availability and send you an invoice for the package you asked about. We do not sell your information.
Abuse limits and spam
We do not store raw IP addresses. To limit abuse we keep a daily salted hash instead, which cannot be read back to an address. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam on the reserve form.
Deleting your request
You can ask us to delete your reserve request at any time by replying to our message. We will remove it.
