How long does delivery take?+
Phase 1 packages ship on a short lead time from the pre owned inventory we already hold, so a unit can be furnished quickly. We tell you the timeline before you buy, and we do not promise a date we cannot hold.
Do you install the furniture?+
Yes. Delivery and installation is the standard option. Our team assembles, places and styles every piece, then removes the packaging. White glove with haul away is available as an upgrade.
Can I buy or do I have to rent?+
Either way. Buy the package outright, or rent it monthly on a twelve month minimum. You choose on the package page, and the estimate updates so you can compare. The final quote is confirmed before you pay.
How does renting work?+
Rent is a twelve month minimum at a fixed monthly price. A refundable deposit equal to one month is taken at the start. Delivery includes end of term pickup. If you want to own it later, ask us about a buyout.
Is the furniture new or pre owned?+
In Phase 1 our furniture is quality pre owned, inspected and cleaned. That is how we keep buy prices well under new and rent at or below typical rates. We say so plainly; it is a feature, not a secret.
Can I order a sourced package now?+
Not yet. Phase 1 sells in stock pre owned packages only, paid in full at checkout. Sourced packages are a later phase. The sourcing page explains what that will mean when it opens.
Is the pricing I see final?+
Prices shown across the site are estimates and sample pricing. You see a starting at figure and an estimated total as you build, and the real quote is confirmed before any payment.
Do you work with the sister services?+
Yes. Furnishing is the last step of a larger system. If the unit itself is being set up or bought through our sister services, furnishing it here is a natural handoff.
