Refundable deposit
A refundable deposit equal to one month is taken at the start. The deposit is refundable. Wear and damage terms are confirmed in your rental agreement.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery to the unit is a one time charge from $450 that also covers end of term pickup. We bring it, build it, and later we come and collect it.
Buyout later: ask us
If you decide you want to own the furniture, you can ask us about a buyout. We will work out a fair number with you. In Phase 1 this is handled case by case.
At or below typical market rates
Furniture rental for a one bedroom commonly runs a few hundred dollars a month on twelve month terms for new furniture. Because our Phase 1 furniture is quality pre owned, our monthly estimates sit at or below that. Every figure is an estimate, and the final quote is confirmed before you pay.
