These are the interim terms for furnishmybnb. They are written in plain language and apply to the furniture packages offered on this site.

Prices are estimates

Prices shown across the site are estimates. Nothing is charged on the site. The figures you see help you compare packages; the final quote is confirmed in writing before any payment.

A reserve request is not a contract

Sending a reserve request lets us hold a package and follow up. It is not a contract and does not commit you to buy or rent. Availability, the final quote, the delivery window and the rental terms are confirmed in a written agreement and invoice before any payment is taken.

Rental terms

Rentals run on a twelve month minimum at a fixed monthly price. A refundable deposit equal to one month is taken at the start. Delivery includes end of term pickup. The deposit is refundable; wear and damage terms are confirmed in your rental agreement.

Furniture and photos

Furniture is quality pre owned, inspected and cleaned. A package is a representative look with a typical inclusions list; exact pieces vary. Photos show representative finished units, not the exact pieces you will receive.

What we do

We select, deliver, install and furnish. We do not operate, host or manage your unit. The listing and guest operations remain yours.
